Arista :: Mummy

Cernit polymer clay, swarovski crystals and wire.

This is my entry for =sweetplushiecake's contest. I went with Arista.

She is dressed as a mummy for Halloween, covered in bandages, her hair is under all that cloth. She's sitting on a golden spool of purple thread which is threaded through a needle that she's cradling in her arm. Her other hand is holding a Halloween spider biscuit. There is a small bat on her head and a pumpkin at her feet. On the table in front of her are a variety of treats. The bowl contains candied oranges and a candied orange and blueberry biscuit. There is a glass of soda with a candied orange slice on the rim (for some festive feeling), a purple candied apple with a black liquorice bow on it's stick and two biscuits, both covered with an orange icing - a vampire biscuit and a witches hat biscuit.

She has been sprinkled with gold glitter a bit, her bandages aren't dirty.

The whole thing is about 5 inches tall and is protected by a clear varnish.
